However, you need not create an account or register with us before shopping. Once you confirm the order during your first purchase, you will be prompted to register yourself and provide us with your necessary personal details

What is occasion reminder?  
With the Occasion reminder, you can note the important occasions of your friends and relatives. You can set reminders to the occasions like Birthday/Wedding Anniversaries etc. You can also specify the date on which you wish to get the reminder (by setting the no. of days before the occasion). With this, there is no chance of missing any important date and you can well manage the Occasions. The reminders will be mailed to your Mail Id well in advance.

 
How can I manage my friends list?  
You can enter addresses of your Friends. And every time you shop, you need not enter the address and other details of your friends. You can directly select the friend name and all other details will be automatically filled...

 

How to place an order?

 

Please select the desired product from the site and add to cart and proceed to check out. You must login at our site to pay for the order.

 
Can I send a card along with the gift?  
All gifts are sent with a message card which is free. Just type in your message while placing your order and we will do the rest..
 

Can I place an order with only contact no.?

 

Sorry you cannot place an order using only contact number, without clear address and Zip code.  You need to provide complete address and zip code and phone no., while placing order, so that, it can be smoothly processed.

 

Can I Phone or Fax my Order?

 

No. Orders are accepted only online after securing your payment through the credit card information submitted by you. Otherwise, you can visit our branch office and place order.

 

How will I know whether my order is placed correctly with you?

 

After successful process at payment gateway, you will get an e-mail confirming each order registered with us. Please check your e-mail and if you want any correction, you are requested to get in touch with us. Other way is to avail our 24/7 Live Help (Chat Service), and get in touch with our Customer Support Executive.

 
Can I ask for a gift that is not shown in the site?  
Yes. We can arrange for your choice of gift if the order is placed in advance. You can ask for any gift item through our Customized orders section or through live help. Such specifications can be made by Email or through Live Help.
 
How can I track my orders?  
Login as a member and click on order history . Here, Order Search option is available. You can select the Order No from the list and get the details of that particular order.  
How many days in advance should I place the order?  

Generally we need 3 - 7 working days notice to execute your orders.

 

What do you mean by order in Under Process status?

 

We have four different states of the order, which is in process

 
1. Under Process: It is the default status when Order is placed on the site.
2. Shipped: When the order is sent from our end
3. Delivered: When the order is delivered finally to the recipient.
4. Invalid Order: when your order is not approved by our payment gateway or when we are not     able to  deliver the products due to some constraints.
 

When exactly you can deliver my Order?

 

Order Delivery consists of two stages.

 
• GIFTS2NRI.com dispatches items at our US office. (Shipped)
• Courier Company will be delivering to your recipients. (Delivered)
• Perishable items like Flowers & Cakes will be delivered personally through our network.
 

It normally takes 24 to 48 hours to deliver the perishable items. And for non-perishable items we require 3 to 7 working days to deliver ordered items depending on the place. Please note that there will not be any shipments made on Saturday, Sundays and Public holidays.

 
If I order from places other than US, how will I be charged?  

Though the prices mentioned in our site are in US dollars, you will be charged in your local currency equivalent to the value mentioned in US$. It will be automatically calculated as per the prevailing rates

 

Can I send some message along with the gift?

 

Yes, you can send your message along with your gift. You will get a Message box in Order details page, where in you can type your personalized message.

 
What is Return Policy?  
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we put in our best efforts to meet your expectations. We have framed our Refund Policy to address Customer Grievances.
 
   Damaged or Wrongly Shipped Items :
 

In case of wrongly shipped or damaged products. The Customer can send a mail to support@GIFTS2NRI.com on the same day and have to send back the items in the same pack within 7 working days upon the confirmation to send.

 
  •  Refund against cancelled orders :
 

Refund will be given only against approved cancelled orders, i.e. cancellations which have to be notified and approved by us. Cancellation should be informed minimum of 24 hours in advance after placing the order. However, Approval of Cancellation is subject to our acceptance for cancellation.
We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation.

 

 Our Return Policy

 
In case of all non-perishable items (except for custom-made items), the request for return / replacement shall be submitted within 3 days of receipt of the items.
  There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items for the  reasons mentioned above.
  In case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items once. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, due to recipient not available  /premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be charged for the order and the order   is left at the door step.
 

In case of perishable items or custom-made non-perishable items, neither GIFTS2NRI.com nor our vendors will be able to accept any returns, replacement, or refunds of such items.

 
   
 

 Conditions for Return

 
     • Items must be in new condition with its original packing.
     • 
Customer should intimate within 24 hours after receiving the order through email to        support@GIFTS2NRI.com, or by using our Live help chat or through phone.  

NOTE: Refund for item(s) or exchange for damaged/ wrongly shipped item(s) are made after deducting the shipping/handling charges

   
 

 Duration of Refunds:

 
  • Refunds on Credit Card: Please allow up to two / three working days for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement.
   
 
  • Alternative Method - Store Credit: In case you wish to retain a Store Credit with us, then on mutual acceptance a coupon number will be issued. Using reference no. / Coupon no. you can utilize the amount in the next purchase. You can follow the instructions being sent in mail by our team to avail this Credit for future orders.
 

Are the items delivered as per the display on the Web Page?

 
Generally the gifts will be similar to the pictures on the web. They will definitely match or exceed all the specifications in terms of weight, size, count and functionality. There may be some variation in the gifts especially in perishable items like cakes, chocolates and flowers. Flowers specified in the arrangements shown may differ as per seasonal availability. If the flowers specified in the arrangements are not available, suitable alternatives will be used.
 

 How to get my Shipment details?

 

As soon as the items are handed over to the courier, we will send the shipment details along with the consignment number for your track. You can use the number to track the order.

 

How do you calculate shipping charges?

 

Shipping is FREE and we do not charge anything extra for the deliveries with in the USA, UK and CANADA.

 

From where do you procure the items?

 

We procure the products from the vendors who are from exclusive regional manufactures and can able to deliver the items with best quality.

 

What is the mode of Delivery?

 

All the deliveries made through our logistic partners like UPPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS etc to ensure delivery without any damages.

 

What do you mean by Express Delivery?

 

Express Delivery / Same day Delivery is normally made for the same day placed Orders. For the perishable items like Flowers, Cakes and Fresh Fruits are always hand delivered along with a free card for your message. Other items like Chocolates, Sweets, Dry Fruits and more are either hand delivered or couriered depending on the availability in local market & time we have for delivery.

 
Which of the places you can deliver the products?
 
We can deliver Orders to USA, UK and CANADA. For areas NOT specified in Destination List on our site, kindly check the availability of our service with LIVE HELP Chat Members or EMAIL Query.
 

Is it possible to deliver Gifts as Surprise?

 

Sorry it is not possible to deliver Gifts as Surprise.

 
 

Can I specify my Required Date as Delivery Date?

Yes. You can select the desired delivery date while placing an order online. The gift will be delivered on the specified date, provided you gives us a minimum of 6- 7 working days after securing your payment.

 

What if Recipient is not there at the Given Address?

 

If Recipient is not there at his delivery address then the order will be kept at Doorsteps and considered as delivered.  

 
 

What is the Payment Mode?

 

You can make payment through any International credit cards. Your card will be charged in your local currency even though the prices are mentioned in US$ in our site. We have set up a secure online order system through which your payment is processed.

 

Are there any Hidden costs?

 

There are no hidden costs like taxes besides the shipping cost shown at the time of order confirmation. However in case of taxes levied in future, the same are passed on to customers from time to time. Your Bank may charge nominal amount as transaction fee as it is an International Transaction. (Usually it may be around 5 cents for the order of 10$).

 

Can I pay by check/DD/Cash?

 

Yes, you can also pay by check, DD or cash. But your order will be executed only after the realization of your instrument. For further information, please contact our Customer Care.
